Description
G07 - £23,836 – 25,295 per annum
The post-holders will be responsible for carrying out detailed surveys and designs of a wide range of environmental works to the Council's housing stock. This work will include the assisting with the design of external and environmental schemes, preparation of drawings and documents and arrange implementation, all in accordance with National and Wrexham County Borough regulations, standards and guidelines.
In addition, the post-holders will be responsible for assisting in the design of a wide range of works, including small car parking areas, drainage design, hardstandings and other minor and civils work.
