We are looking to recruit an assistant team leader here at Tapley Avenue Children's centre.
The successful candidate will be confidant and passionate in their approach whilst Demonstrating good leadership and organisational skills. You will have a good knowledge and awareness of the needs and wishes of children and young people and strive to be creative in helping them to achieve their personal outcomes and wellbeing.
You will be required to have obtained your QCF level 3 health and social care children and young people or have demonstrated that you are committed to achieving this qualification.
You will be required to have a knowledge and awareness of current legislation, policies and procedures in which we are governed by.
