The North Wales Adoption Service (NWAS) is a regional service undertaking the recruitment, training, assessment and support of adopters and family finding for Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Wrexham and Ynys Mon.

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a newly created post working across the region at a time when the service is developing and expanding.

Working with members of the NWAS, strategic partners, and colleagues from the National Adoption Service, the post-holder will be required to lead on the design, development and continuous improvement of Adoption Services across the region. 

Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, you will have a flexible approach and be able to travel regularly across the region and throughout Wales to represent the NWAS at a strategic level.

This is an opportunity for a positive leader with strong management and leadership skills and extensive experience in the delivery of Adoption Services to join the NWAS, at a time when you will be able to play a key role in shaping the direction and development of the Service.
