The Digital Services Team Leader is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and driven individual to join a fast moving and forward thinking team.

The successful candidate will need to have project management experience and be able to work on a number of high-level Digital projects with a variety of stakeholders. They will be able to work with teams and departments to improve processes and services and be able to see where change is needed and how best to implement it using the Digital services and platforms available to the Council.

Experience of process mapping, redesigning processes and building web based forms is essential.

They will need to have an understanding of Local Government and the important role Digital plays in making cost and efficiency savings.

A strong understanding of Digital and ICT services is essential, and the candidate should be confident in promoting the benefits to stakeholders, as well as internal and external customers.

An appreciation of the Welsh language, and the importance of Welsh culture will be an important part of this role.
