G07 –£24,491 - £25,991 per annum
The ICT Service has an exciting opportunity for somebody to develop their ICT skills in a large and diverse organisation and is an ideal stepping stone to move up within the ICT field.
The successful candidate will join a team of specialists that support and manage End User devices for 2,400 corporate users including the support of laptops, mobile devices, and printing for a workforce that is both office based and working from home or out in the field.
The post holder will be expected to provide desk-side and remote support to end users of all abilities. In addition to having experience of managing End User devices in an enterprise environment you must also have an enthusiasm to learn ICT and adhere to standards. It is also vitally important that you have excellent communication and customer service skills and are self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
