The ICT Service have an exciting opportunity to join the End User Services team.
The successful candidate will join a team of specialists that support and manage End User devices for 2,400 corporate users including the support of laptops, mobile devices, and printing for a workforce that is both office based, working at home or field based.
The post holder will be expected to lead, develop and support a range of End User technology areas and should have experience of implementing and managing devices in an enterprise environment. They should have experience in Windows 10 and device management tools such as SCCM and Blackberry UEM.
It is also vitally important that you have excellent communication and customer service skills, are self-motivated and able to work under pressure and be able to mentor other members of the team
