Join our
Housing Tenancies team at Wrexham Council and you will be joining a team who
puts the tenant at the heart of what we do.
The role of Team Leader – Estates is a varied and exciting position
within the Housing Department, where you will be responsible for managing and
leading a team of officers to provide an effective and customer focussed
housing service to our tenants. You will
be responsible for all functions of the day to day management of an estate
office and will support the senior management team in meeting key performance
targets.
You will need
to be creative and innovative as social housing changes, and work in
partnership with other agencies and services in order to create an environment
of sustainability for tenants and communities.
You will have proven experience of working in a supervisory position in
housing management, along with knowledge of housing legislation and operations
and the ability to apply this to service delivery. You will have a ‘can do’
attitude and the ability to analyse problems and recommend solutions. You will need to be organised and
approachable, as well as being confident and professional at all times
