Join the
Wellbeing Hub team and Improve your Welsh – This role requires good
conversational Welsh if you haven’t reached this level yet don’t worry support
and training will be provided. You will be given time to attend Welsh courses
during the working day and completion of a L4 Welsh qualification would form
part of the contractual agreement.
G05 £21,968 - £22,777 per annum
Based at Crown Buildings

We require motivated, Advisors for our new multi agency integrated community, health and social care Wellbeing Hub, who are passionate about enabling people to remain healthy and independent for as long as possible by promoting prevention and early intervention advice and support along with activities for people of all ages and abilities.
The successful candidates will deliver a programme of activities for the Wellbeing Hub, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including Health, 3rd Sector organisations and the community.
The successful candidates will have excellent
interpersonal and relationship building skills as well as being highly
organised and able to respond effectively in challenging situations.
An enhanced DBS registration is required for this position.
