G07 £24,920 - £26,446 per annum

We are looking for a talented, creative and technically minded individual to join our expanding Schools ICT Support Service.

As part of the Schools Digital Support team in you will work alongside the Lead Technical Analyst in supporting the new digital infrastructure to the 72 school sites in Wrexham.

As 1st and 2nd line support within the team, you will provide a high level of technical expertise, support and fault resolution skills to schools in the use of their Education Technology.  You will be responsible for supporting a range of Education Technology and platforms across the Counties schools including Hwb, Office 365, Google for Education, Chromebooks, iPads and Windows devices.

Excellent problem solving skills are essential in this highly technical post, as is the ability to work on site in a busy classroom or remotely via a range of remote access tools.  You will be a good communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills and be confident in providing support to users with a range of technical skills and experience.
