The Governing
Body of Ysgol Deiniol C. P. invite applications from suitably qualified and
experienced teachers. Governors are looking to appoint an inspirational and
ambitious Deputy Headteacher who will:
· Be an excellent, experienced classroom practitioner, who inspires and motivates others;
· Be an
excellent role model to others and set high standards in all aspects of school
life;
· Be able to
nurture positive relationships with pupils, families, governors and the wider
community;
· Be able to
demonstrate high quality safeguarding practice and experience;
· Have a
passion for providing rich learning experiences for all children and maximising
pupil progress and well-being;
· Have
experience of a leadership role in a primary school;
· Have
excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills;
·
Be
responsible for co-ordinating ALN across the school.
The interview process will include a lesson observation, whole school assembly and a formal interview with presentation.
