Join our Housing Tenancies team and you will join a team that takes real pride in what we do and the services we provide. Our tenants are at the heart of everything that we do and we are looking for people who are willing to go that extra mile with a ‘do it right, ‘do it once’ attitude.

You will be responsible for maximising the sustainability of our tenancies and support the Tenancies and Neighbourhood Officers. You will be out and about in the estates in the heart of the community, engaging with tenants and residents, and work in partnership with statutory and voluntary organisations. Part of your role will be providing a high quality, flexible service for our tenants, ensuring outstanding customer service.
