The Wellbeing Hub is a small but dedicated team who are motivated and passionate about enabling people to remain healthy and independent for as long as possible.

We require a full time Advisor however job share / part time will be considered.

The Advisor will deliver a programme of activities for the Wellbeing Hub, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including Health, 3rd Sector organisations and the community.

The Advisor will have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills as well as being highly organised and able to respond effectively in challenging situations.

This role will involve some evening and weekend work on a rota basis.
