Various positions available including full / part time and waking nights
An amazing opportunity has arisen within our sector in the
development of a new small Childrens residential home within Wrexham. We are
looking for individuals who are passionate, motivated, and creative with a good
sense of humour. Experience is preferred but full training can be given.
The role will involve supporting children and young people
with complex disabilities in all aspects of their care.
Preforming complex medical techniques
Contributing to personal plans and risk assessments.
Ensuring your ways of working focuses on the needs and
interests of the children & young people.
Be accountable for your own development and learning.
Register with social care wales.
You will need:

To be passionate about supporting children and
young people in their development , overcoming barriers and be able to
demonstrate how you will promote equality and inclusion for the children and
young people
·
Develop positive relationships with the children
and young people and others involved in their care.
·
To work as part of a team but have the skills
and qualities to work on your own initiative
·
Supporting children to undertake activities
·
Demonstrate good communication skills
·
QCF level 3 in health and social care children
and young people or a willingness to undertake this within a set time scale.
We will also be developing a 2nd new residential setting for
Looked after Children so there will be further exciting opportunities to join
the Childrens Residential Service in the future.

is required for this position.
