G08 £29,439 - £32,020
per annum
The post
holders will lead on a wide range of Housing related projects from inception to
completion. These posts are focused on delivering the External Works programme
and will include the refurbishment, upgrading and improvement of external
spaces in residential housing. The work will include surveying & scoping
the works, detailed design, development, procurement, project management and
supervision of key projects to ensure that the Council’s Housing portfolio
meets all the requirements of its tenants.
