PROPERTY INVESTMENT TEAM (ASSETS)

G07 £26,845 - £28,371 per annum

The Housing and Economy Department have an exciting opportunity for a Clerk of Works positions within the department. We are looking to appoint dynamic and energetic individuals who will be working in the Property Investment teams within Housing and Economy.

The post holders will be responsible for carrying out detailed and daily inspections of domestic building construction, modernisation and refurbishment works, on both the External Works programme and also on minor Civil Engineering Projects. The main aspect of the role will be to monitor and record the progress on the departments major external works and civils programme within the Council’s Housing stock.
