G05 £21,968 - £22,777 per annum
37 hour 6 month position (148 hours per 4 weeks)
An exciting opportunity
has arisen in Provider Services; which encompass person-centred services
helping people with enhanced complex needs (including learning disabilities and
mental ill health) to improve their independence and quality of life.
Our teams are
dedicated to support individuals to live as independently as possible through
home care, community support, supported living, extra care, and
semi-independent living.
In an effort to
increase efficiency, and ensure the services are able to become more responsive
than ever, we are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic person with
excellent ICT skills, to help to develop and administer our brand new electronic
staff management systems, monitoring working time regulations, support with
training management among other tasks. The successful candidatewill have
practical experience of information systems; be able to train others in the use
of them; and work to tight deadlines and under pressure. They will be creative,
innovative and able to work independently and as part of a team. They will have
Level 3 Award in Education
and Training (PTLLS - Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) or be willing to work towards achieving
this; and qualifications and experience in database management information
systems would be desirable.
Main duties
include:
- Shift allocation and data input
with ongoing monitoring;
- Supporting Managers in gathering of
performance related information in report format;
- Providing
a front line support function to a wide user base with varying skills;
- Developing
systems and processes to improve efficiency in the teams.
