Building Maintenance Officer

G09 £32,909 - £35,411 per annum

Housing Department are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic team player to join a busy Facilities Management Department. 

The candidate will be expected to provide building maintenance knowledge and expertise for all non-housing property including reactive, legislative, planned and cyclical maintenance.  To provide advice and support to the Design Team on maintenance of new build, refurbishment and improvement schemes. To ensure that the Council’s non-housing property portfolio meets the requirements of service occupiers and all statutory regulations.  To be personally aware of, and adhere to, systems and processes to ensure compliance with relevant Building Maintenance legislation.
