Development Surveyor
Grade 11 £43,421 -£46,464 per Annum
Could you work as part of the Strategic Assets Team in
Wrexham County Borough Council? If you’re an experienced Chartered Surveyor
looking for a new challenge, this could be the job for you!
This exciting post involves supporting the Strategic Assets
Lead to identify, develop, progress and implement major projects. We need
someone who can use asset management reviews of council land and property
holdings to look for new opportunities, and make best use of our land and
property in initiatives and programmes to support the economic regeneration of
Wrexham.
Other tasks are to provide valuation advice for internal
purposes and statutory reporting, together with insurance valuations in
accordance with RICS Global Standards.

Applicants must have Degree or Equivalent in Estate
Management, be a member of the RICS, and have experience in land and property
valuations.
The Strategic Assets Team provides a diverse service
including valuations, acquisitions, disposals and other aspects of estate
management.

supporting work/life balance with a mixture of office working in our Ruthin
Road offices and home working.
