Finance Monitoring / Project Support Officer
Project Management Team
37 hours a week - Permanent
Grade 05 £24,294 - £25,119 per annum
Internal Only
The Project Management team lead on the development, commissioning and delivery of supported accommodation across the borough.
An exciting and rewarding opportunity is available to support the team to deliver housing management services to citizens in supported living, together with supporting the team to deliver ongoing bespoke accommodation and support. The role requires you to undertake a range of finance and administrative tasks within the team that enable the team to effectively deliver and manage supported living services across the borough.
You will need to demonstrate the following:
· Ability to maintain clear and accurate records
·
Supporting the administration of Additional
Variable Service Costs
·
Gathering and updating of required financial
& team information
·
Undertake budget monitoring support duties and
relevant financial tasks
·
Accurate and timely processing of invoices and
resolution of payment queries
·
Competency in using Word and Microsoft Excel
·
Liaison with citizens, professionals and internal/external
partners
·
Prioritisation of workloads and meeting
required deadlines
You will be the first point of contact
for Support Living Providers, Landlords, Professionals, Citizens and their
families. You will need to have a confident and sensitive approach, ensuring
communication is effective.
The post offers flexible working opportunities in line with the Council’s modern ways of working enabling some working to be completed from home.
Due to the nature of this role, the post holder will be subject to completion of an enhanced DBS check.
