Housing Options Accommodation Support Officer
Grade 07 £29,269 - £30,825 per Annum
Internal Only
As the Housing Options Accommodation Support Officer you
will be the single point of contact for temporary accommodation within the
supported accommodation managed by the Housing Options Team. You will be
responsible for communicating all aspects of the process to the service user
and to process any concerns or enquiries
You will be required to manage the Council’s stock of
supported temporary accommodation in order to maximise revenue for the team and
to be responsible for allocating temporary accommodation to homeless
applicants.
You will report directly to the Housing Options Accommodation
Team Leader and be required to support the Team Leader in delivering the
services / projects in line with key corporate strategies.
You will be required to work weekends and Bank
Holidays.
