Workforce Development Lead
Location – Guildhall
with flexible working
37 Hours per week
Permanent
Grade 12 £47,420 - £50,512 per Annum

This a great opportunity for someone to join our HR & OD team as our Workforce Development Lead. The successful applicant will join our management team and will be responsible for leading the workforce development function for the Council. This team comprises of corporate training and development and includes the Social Care sector training and development (Council and external sector). This element is funded by the Social Care Wales Workforce Development Programme (SCWWDP) grant.
We are looking for a person who has excellent leadership
skills, has a broad range of HR & OD experience particularly in workforce
development and can demonstrate the positive values and behaviours that we are
seeking, working as part of our wider team.
