An opportunity has arisen within the Council’s Accountancy Team for a Finance Officer post. The post is generic and one of six that provide wide-ranging financial support across all aspects of the Authority. The post is currently based within the Social Care Finance Team.
Ideally, you will be a qualified or part qualified accounting technician with experience of providing financial advice and support to managers. Given the generic nature of the post, it is expected that the successful applicant will demonstrate the requisite skill set to provide accountancy support across the full range of the Authority’s activities.
