DEPUTY HEADTEACHER / ADDITIONAL LEARNING NEEDS CO-ORDINATOR (ALNCo)

The Governing Body of this happy school wishes to appoint a creative and inspirational deputy to join an experienced and enthusiastic staff in our popular school. The successful candidate will also be the ALNCo for the school, and the Foundation Phase co-ordinator, so experience as an ALNCo and Foundation Phase lead is essential for this role. Developing the wellbeing of children and staff is one of our priorities, so you will need experience and strength in this area. Promoting the Welsh language is another of our priorities, so we are looking for someone who is confident in speaking Welsh, though not necessarily fluent. Given the level of responsibility, this will be a non-teaching role.
