Registered Manager for Domiciliary Services 

G11 £43,421 - £46,464 per annum

Posts: 2 full time permanent 

37 hours per week

A good understanding, knowledge and implementation of person centred services and delivery planning, and proven experience of working with vulnerable people?  If so, we would like to hear from you.

We have an exciting opportunity and are looking to recruit highly motivated and experienced managers who are passionate about delivering high quality person centred services. Reporting directly to the Responsible Individual, the successful candidate will be the Registered Manager for a section of our Domiciliary Service which includes Community Care and support, Supported Living, Reablement, Extra Care/ Mobile response, or our Residential Childrens Services.

The role of Registered Manager will be responsible for the day to day operational management and development of the service, promoting positive outcomes for individuals with a reablement, enablement and independence ethos, and developing and leading a confident and competent workforce. 

The successful candidates will have demonstrable experience in managing change, delivering continuous service improvement, and positive culture development, as well as a sound understanding of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016, and the relevant Statutory Guidance, and the Social Services and Well-being Act (Wales) 2014 legislation.

The post holders will need to be qualified and registered as the nominated ‘Registered Manager’ with Social Care Wales and maintain the registration on a mandatory basis as a Registered Manager.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the service is compliant with statutory guidance, and have significant experience in delivering, embedding and monitoring a culture of quality assurance which contributes to improving outcomes for people. 

The successful candidate must be a good team player, working as part of the provider leadership team, and will directly line manage a team of Team Leaders with responsibility for a wider dispersed workforce of direct support staff.
