The Education and Early Intervention Department seeks to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships and Grants Officer to lead the work of the Prevention and Early Help Partnership and coordinate the Children and Communities Grant. Prevention and Early Help interventions are very important to the Council, enabling people to help themselves in the first instance but when extra help is needed, that they receive this as soon as possible. The post is a programme and project management role and requires leadership across all partners to deliver the Prevention and Early Help Strategy and Action Plan.

Whilst your base will be Crown Buildings, 31 Chester Street, Wrexham, you will have the option to work flexibly, with some time at home, on site and in the workplace.  You can also take advantage of our flexible working arrangements.
