Are you committed to creating better services and helping transform our business?  Then you could be a Digital Process Analyst as part of the digital services team.  We would like to hear from you, if you:

•             Have excellent communication and computer skills.
•             Are comfortable using new technology in a changing environment?
•             Are keen to contribute to building better services.
•             Have experience of process mapping
•             Experience / understanding of building digital processes / forms

The successful candidate will be working with users to understand and map their existing processes and working together with the wider team to create maps of updated and transformed processes.

You should be comfortable in explaining digital technology in straightforward terms and supporting customers who are not familiar with process mapping and technology.  You will also assist colleagues on the design and build of the new processes that you will have process mapped.

Applicants must also have the ability to deal with a wide range of issues, often including sensitive information. Whilst knowledge of Council Services would be an advantage, comprehensive training is provided.
