This post is a new post as part of an ongoing restructure that will support and report to the Programme Manager (Internal Works).  We are looking for an ambitious, innovative, forward thinking and driven individual, who will lead on all external contractor electrical installations, including decarbonisation works, Welsh Housing Quality Standard programmes, and Renting Homes act works.

The expectation of the role will be to have a ‘can do’ approach, managing a small team of Technical Electrical Inspectors. 
The role will be vital to the delivery on a wide range of electrical installations within the Council housing stock. 

The role will work closely with the Programme Manager (Internal Works) and the Void & Decarbonisation Lead to achieve the very best for the Contract Holders of Wrexham.  This is an exciting professional opportunity to assist in driving this area of the housing service forward.
