Ty Pawb is seeking to appoint one experienced and committed reception/front of house staff member to join our operations team at Wrexham’s Arts, Markets and Cultural centre.
The reception/front of house staff member will work closely with the Ty Pawb operations team, centre support team and wider Arts and Events teams to ensure the smooth running of the centre and all of the events and activities undertaken there.
The post is a Welsh essential post, with the post holder being the first point of contact for visitors to Ty Pawb. The post holder should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a flexible and resourceful approach to delivering a front facing customer focussed service and to provide clerical, retail, technical   and administrative support to the TÅ· Pawb team,. This will involve dealing with room bookings, Health & Safety, liaising with tenants/traders/general public and maintaining records in line with council policies and procedures.
The post holder will provide a range of customer support functions, including responding to visitor enquiries, front of house duties associated with exhibitions, events, markets and the arts programme and the daily running of Ty Pawb.
