The Governors of Madras V.A. Primary School are looking to appoint a school administrator to flexibly work alongside our current administrator under the line management of the Headteacher.
We are looking for a person to join our school who can contribute to our friendly and welcoming atmosphere while maintaining the professional and efficient running of our busy school office.
The applicant will be required to work within a team as well as on their own, using their initiative and prioritising work to meet deadlines. They should possess excellent organisational and computer skills, be professional and reliable with a good telephone manner.  The applicant should have excellent inter-personal skills and be comfortable amongst pupils, staff, parents, visitors etc. It is also an essential element of the position that applicants must adhere to strict confidentiality regarding information.  Experience of systems such as SIMS, P2P and of working in a school setting would be desirable.
