Registration Services Assistant 
G05 £25,584 - £26,409 per annum
37 hours per week - permanent
We are looking to appoint a Registration Services Assistant to undertake a wide range of duties to support the delivery of registration services, including copy certificate production, as well as dealing with internal and external enquiries.  
You will be expected to be a team player and demonstrate strong organisational skills within a regulatory framework.  Candidates must have extensive IT skills, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.  
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and work with a high degree of accuracy.
You will need to be flexible and be able to work in a busy office.  
You will also need to be able to confidently deal with members of the public, elected members and staff from other departments, both on the telephone and face to face.
