This post is a new post as part of an ongoing restructure that will support changes and will be part of the Repairs & Services team. This role will report to the Mechanical & Electrical Services Manager. We are looking for an ambitious, innovative, forward thinking and driven individual, who will lead on all external contractor electrical installations, including decarbonisation works, Welsh Housing Quality Standard programmes, and Renting Homes act works.
The expectation of the role will be to have a ‘can do’ approach, managing a small team of Technical Electrical Inspectors.
The role will be vital to the daily delivery on a wide range of electrical installations within the Council housing stock.
The role will work within the Repairs & Services team, based in Ruthin Road to achieve the very best for the Contract Holders of Wrexham. This is an exciting professional opportunity to assist in driving this area of the housing service forward.
