Quality Assurance Officer
Salary Scale G04 £24,790 - £25,183 pro rata
7 hours per week
Temporary Post until 31st March 2027
An exciting job is coming to Wrexham Social Care. The Job is quality checking the services Wrexham Social Care gives to people with learning disabilities. The job will mean speaking with people and getting their feedback about the services they get.
We are looking for someone who has a learning disability. This is an essential part of the job. This cannot be changed.
The person who gets the job is called the post holder.
The post holder will be supported by a Person Centred Planning Co-ordinator. The post holder will check how good the services are across Wrexham. The job is for 7 hours per week. It will be part of the Project Management Team. The post holder will tell the Commissioning and Contracts Team what they find out from the checks. This information will tell Wrexham Social Care how good they are doing or where they need to improve.
The post holder may also be asked to support other team members to write leaflets or help create questionnaires to get feedback online.
You will need an enhanced DBS check to do this job.
