Team Manager – Wrexham Children Services (Fostering Team)

Social Work qualification must be held.

G12 £48,710 - £51,802 per annum

We are looking to recruit an experienced, committed, creative and resilient Fostering Team Manager to support our continuous improvement journey, towards best practice. This is evidenced within our recent positive Inspection.

As the Fostering Team Manager in Wrexham you will provide direct management, supervision and support to the fostering service ATM (Assistant Team Mangers) To assist the fostering team ATM’s & social workers to recruit, manage, supervise, support and develop Wrexham’s specialist hubs for foster carers, Special Guardians and Supported Lodgings Hosts in order to safeguard the welfare and monitor the outcomes of looked after children.
