Are you passionate about investigative work? Delivering an excellent service? Forward thinking? Yes? Then we want you!
Join our Housing Enforcement team at Wrexham Council and you will join a team that takes real pride in what we do and the services we provide.
The role of a Housing enforcement officer is varied and exciting and can be very rewarding. You will be responsible for identifying perpetrators of anti-social behaviour, enforcing the tenancy/license agreements collating evidence, and working with tenants and partner agencies to resolve issues in the community. You will need to be organised and approachable, as well as being confident and professional at all times. You must hold a full UK driving license and be flexible to work outside of normal working hours when required.
You’ll receive full training and continued support, with plenty of opportunities for progression within Wrexham Council. We also have lots of employee benefits for you to take advantage of, including our flexible working scheme to support a healthy work life balance, and discounted rates on a number of popular brands and attractions.
The Council welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates regardless of race, gender, disability, sexuality, religious belief or age.
The Council is committed to developing its bilingual workforce and welcomes applications from candidates who demonstrate their capability to work in both English and Welsh.
