Are you someone who has experience within the housing sector and a confident communicator? As a project officer you should be able to communicate with a wide range of individuals and groups in order to be able to lead and be responsible for business processes. Your role will contribute to the Council’s priorities including homes that meet people’s needs and aspirations, resulting in satisfied customers.
The role is key for service improvements within the department, undertake research and analysis and to develop, deliver housing-related strategies, policies and procedures in line with key corporate strategies and legislation. You will be a creative and innovative individual which will drive you to improve practices and explore innovative ideas for service delivery in order to meet current needs and demands.
