52 weeks or 38 weeks (Term time only)

G08: £33,366 – £36,124 pro rata

As a Special School, we priorities the safeguarding and well-being of both our pupils and staff, ensuring that everyone feels valued, respected and supported. We believe that a strong foundation in well-being is essential for the success and development of our students.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our well-being team as the Well-Being and Safeguarding Lead.
This is a vital role that will provide leadership and direction in safeguarding practices, ensuring that the safety and well-being of our pupils and staff are at the forefront of everything we do.
