As the Private Rented Access Officer Officer you will be the single point of contact for Private rented sector properties, managed by the local authority. You will be responsible for communicating all aspects of the Local lettings process to customers and to process any concerns or enquiries

You will be required to manage the Council’s stock of Private rented properties in order to maximise revenue for the team and to be responsible for allocating these properties.

You will report directly to the Housing Options Accommodation Team Leader and be required to support the Team Leader in delivering the services / projects in line with key corporate strategies.
