English Faculty Team Leader and Literacy Coordinator

Are you a creative and passionate teacher of English looking to develop your leadership skills in a supportive and caring school?
We are looking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and committed English Faculty Team Leader.   The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a passion for English.  They will build excellent relationships with students and staff and be keen to make English lessons motivating, exciting and engaging for all students.  
The successful candidate will demonstrate the skills, vision and enthusiasm to provide inspirational and creative leadership. They will build upon established good practice and lead the faculty into the next stage of the school's exciting development.  They will also have the vision and energy to improve standards of reading, writing, speaking and communication across the curriculum.
