The Governing Body of Ysgol Sant Dunawd are seeking to appoint an inspirational, enthusiastic and passionate leader who can sustain and build upon our existing strengths. 
Our new Headteacher will
•    Have excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven track record
•    Demonstrate the drive, experience and creativity to build on our current high standards of teaching, through continuous school improvement
•    Value every child and strive to ensure that both pupils and staff have high aspirations for achievement
•    Be a positive role model, with the ability to motivate pupils and staff alike, inspiring all to reach their full potential
•    Continue to develop the well-established strong working relationships with learners, staff, parents, governors and the local community
•    Be an outstanding teacher, model and inspire classroom practice across the school and maintain a strong passion for teaching and learning
