Workforce Development Senior Adviser
Temporary until 31st March 2026
Location – Based at Guildhall with flexible working
24 hours per week
Grade G06 £27,711- £29,093 (pro-rata)
This is a great opportunity for someone to join the HR & OD service as our Workforce Development Senior Adviser. The successful applicant will join our team and will be provide advice and guidance on routine and more complex Workforce Development enquiries supporting the Workforce Development Adviser Team. The role will provide technical and administration support for workforce development team. The Workforce Development team comprises of corporate training and development and includes the Social Care sector training and development (Council and external sector). This element is funded by the Social Care Wales Workforce Development Programme (SCWWDP)
We are looking for a person who has excellent organisational skills, has worked in a support service providing technical or administration support with a broad range of HR & OD experience who can demonstrate the positive values and behaviours that we are seeking, working as part of our wider team.
