Wellbeing Hub Advisor
Permanent - 37 hours per week
Location – Based at Crown Buildings

GO5: £25,584 - £26,409

May involve evening and weekend working

This Welsh essential post requires good conversational Welsh.  If you have not used your Welsh in a while don’t worry, further support can be given including access to accredited Welsh language courses. Applicants are encouraged to apply in Welsh however this is not essential as spoken Welsh is the key skill required in this particular role

We require motivated, Advisors for our new multi agency integrated community, health and social care Wellbeing Hub, who are passionate about enabling people to remain healthy and independent for as long as possible by promoting prevention and early intervention advice and support along with activities for people of all ages and abilities.

The successful candidates will deliver a programme of activities for the Wellbeing Hub, working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders including Health, 3rd Sector organisations and the community.

The successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills as well as being highly organised and able to respond effectively in challenging situations.
