Housing Options Assistant Accommodation Support Officer

Grade 05

£25,584 - £26,409 per Annum

As the Housing Options Assistant Accommodation Support Officer you will be assisting the Housing options Accommodation Team in all aspects of the day to day functions. You will be responsible for handling enquires from service users and landlords alike. You will possess good IT skills and excellent customer service.  

You will be required to assist with the management of the Council’s stock of temporary accommodation in order to maximise revenue for the team and to assist with the allocation of temporary accommodation to homeless applicants.

You will report directly to the Housing Options Accommodation Team Leader and be required to support the Team Leader in delivering the services / projects in line with key corporate strategies. This role includes weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
