The Allocations Team are looking for an Allocations Assistant, someone who is motivated, can be flexible with innovation and the ability to work within a fast paced and vibrant team.
As an Allocations Assistant you will assist in the administration of the Councils waiting list for social housing in line with the Council’s Allocations Policy, procedures and the Housing (Wales) Act 2014.
As an Allocations Assistant you will be the single point of contact for applicants, agencies and Local Members. You will have the ability to communicate and answer queries over the telephone, by email, letter and manage reception duties whilst dealing with face to face enquiries.
You will report directly to the Allocations Team Leader and be required to support the Team Leader in delivering the services / projects in line with key corporate strategies.
