This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in building services, energy efficiency, and compliance with regulations.
You will assist in the maintenance and identifying repairs and improvement of building systems. Support the delivery of energy efficient and sustainable solutions. Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety and building regulations. Collaborate with team members, contractor and internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on building system performance. You will be enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a keen interest in building maintenance. You will have strong problem solving skill and attention to detail. You will have excellent communication and be a strong team player.
