Required from September 2025. Temporary until Easter 2026
(Autumn and Easter Term position as a class teacher)
The Governors are seeking to appoint a committed and motivated teacher to work in St. Mary’s Brymbo and become part of a dynamic team.
The successful candidate will:
â Work within our Christian ethos to ensure that pupil’s well-being is both promoted and protected by creating an inclusive, caring and positive classroom
â Be highly motivated and innovative with a positive attitude
â Have experience with ALN pupils and meeting the needs of all pupils
â Have high expectations of pupils’ achievements and behaviour
â Have a working knowledge of the New Curriculum for Wales and the principles that underpin it.
â Have a clear understanding of effective learning strategies
â To be able to teach Welsh as a second language and to help with the development of bilingualism in the school
â To be able to contribute to and work with a focused, skilled team.
â Have excellent communication skills and experience of deploying Teaching Assistants
