MPR/ UPR
Temporary (01/09/25 - 20/07/26)
Term time only 39 weeks
Due to an exciting pilot project at Noddfa, an opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, skilled and person-centered practitioner to join the team.
The ability to demonstrate a keen interest and passion for working with children with highly complex needs is essential.
The successful candidate will also be required to evidence how they have worked successfully with parents/carers and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for children/young people
