G11 £44,711 – 47,754 per annum
The Flintshire and Wrexham Investment Zone has been developed by the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee, Flintshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council alongside UK Government, Welsh Government and a wide range of public and private sector partners. The Investment Zone will operate from 2025 until 2035 and will increase the scale and impact of the area’s nationally important advanced manufacturing sector. This project will build on this by offering a unique blend of support, infrastructure and targeted incentives to attract and sustain businesses.
The Investment Zone is expected to launch later this year (2025) following final sign-off by the UK and Welsh governments.
The successful candidate will be educated to graduate level or equivalent in a relevant field. You will have significant demonstrable experience and knowledge of managing and implementing projects in a related sector. The ability to thrive in a complex stakeholder environment, confidently manage governance and assurance processes whilst leading a multi-disciplinary team is essential. 
You will develop and execute a comprehensive programme delivery plan which will include objectives, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure that the agreed timescales and outcomes are achieved.
