 G08 - SCP 23-26 - £33,366 – 36,124 per annum

We are looking for an enthusiastic qualified, experienced Class 2A Registered Building Inspector with specialist knowledge of all Building Control associated legislation including relevant fire safety knowledge to join our well established respected professional team. You will be a self-motivated individual who can demonstrate excellent interpersonal & communication skills working to tight deadlines with good negotiation skills.

You will need to be registered Class 2A with the Building Safety Regulator in order to undertake domestic plan assessments and site inspections. You should also be working towards Class 2 A-F assessment & registration. 

You are required to liaise with members of the public, agents & developers during the design & construction processes and have a high level of professional ability in a wide range of building control areas.

You will be working in a flexible manner both office and agile home working essential so you will need to possess good organisational & administrative skills and computer literacy is essential.
