The Governing Body of Ysgol Penrhyn New Broughton C.P.  wish to appoint an outstanding primary classroom practitioner within our 3-8years team to teach in our Early Years Unit from 1st September 2025. 
The successful candidate will work alongside a dedicated team of staff throughout the school and: 
•    Be an experienced and successful Foundation Phase practitioner with excellent understanding of Developmental Pathways and Foundation Phase pedagogy
•    Promote independent learning through a caring, stimulating and engaging environment.
•    Promote high aspirations and the determination to achieve for all children.
•    Be innovative, flexible, highly motivated and inspirational. 
•    Aspire to create a supportive learning environment which promotes equality, health and well-being.
•    Have excellent communication skills, be pro-active 
•    Direct staff, collaborate and work well as part of a team 
•    Have an up to date knowledge of current pedagogy and curriculum developments in Wales.
•    Have high standards of literacy, numeracy and digital competence themselves; and be committed to the development of these cross curricularresponsibilities across a rich and varied, learner led curriculum.
•    Have a commitment to developing Welsh language and culture.

Successful candidates will be expected to plan and deliver a lesson to the class of children as part of the interview process, from week beginning 16th June
