G10 - £40,476 - £43,693 per annum
As the Housing Options Team Leader you will be responsible for the management of the Council’s Housing Options Team, ensuring that the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 and other relevant legislation and Guidance is adhered to.
You will be required to meet key priorities and targets and ensure delivery of the Council’s Homeless Support Plan strategy. You will work closely with the Accommodation and Allocations team leaders to ensure continuity of service.
You will report directly to the Housing Options & Allocations Lead and be required to support the Lead Officer in delivering the services / projects in line with key corporate strategies.
